Good job.  Now your goal is to move gradually from serious
to it just being a part of your life.  No hurry, let the change in
attitude happen over a span of time.  The longer you stay
on process the more likely it will become natural.

Some questions.  You've posted that you're on Atkins.  Have
you followed the directions by moving on to OWL or have you
remained on Induction?  "When you fail to plan, you plan to
fail" and OWL teaches how maintenance will be.  Moving on
to OWL is planning on permanence.

As time moves on it gets easier and easier to stay on plan.
Never lose track of the fact that it is always easy to fall off
plan.  There are plans that are easy to stay on.  There are
NOT plans that are hard to fall off.  Don't freak out at falling
off plan.  Just get back on the wagon when it happens.

As your day count grows, you're doing a better and better job.

Thanks Doug, Yes I'm on Atkins and I'm really liking the way that this
is going for me. I added green peas yesteday and boy did I enjoy these.
I am staying WITH plan and my hunger is decreased so much!
I'm down 12 pounds for my two months. Slow but sure & I'm not as
concerned with the scale. I have NEW face wrinkles but it's OK:) I'm
feeling really better with NO BINGE since I THINK Feb. 17th. That binge
was teeny tiny.  Thanks so much for you support. Its almost funny how a
few words of encouragment has a positive effect!

One cup of green peas has 21 grams of carbohydrates. Not the best
choice Glo.

Glo, I've been following your posts and I just wanted to say I'm glad
to know things have settled down a bit with your WOE.  12 pounds is
very good progress.

Janice, thanks !! I'm feeling this control from this WOE/WOL that sure
beats being out of control :>) My strength seems stronger as the days
roll on. So much of my life is very out of control these days but my
eating is right on :) Just like I've always said is that this IS in the
head!!!
I feel quite free.
