I would think that sour cream or mayonnaise would be decent. I am not
sure what your idea of "healthy" is exactly.

Well I'm not either so that's why I ask. <G>

That would be my choice, too.  I also like Walden's Farms raspberry
vinaigrette on salads.

I'm with Beverly and Nunya on this one.  Balsamic and/or raspberry would
be my choice.

What abt Newman's versions?

I'm looking for something not full of chemicals and
maybe organic.... as well as healthy

Nice suggestion!  Here's the Newman's Own Lighten Up! product list:
http://www.newmansown.com/product_list.cfm?cat_id=7.

Also, I've had good luck with the 365 products at Whole Foods FF
balsamic.  It's very strongly flavored so beware ;-)

Lemon juice and pepper works for me.

Hmm.... really

What kind of lemon juice?   The concentrated kind in a
bottle? Or a real lemon squeezed?

Real squeezed lemon works pretty well.  I've done this in restaurants
from time to time.

I don't think I've had lemon on salads but I love it on veggies - especially
broccoli.

Yup, the fresh kind by preference but the bottles work okay if needed.

I just checked out your website.  Congratulations on taking on this event.
How long is each segment?  How's the training going?

Thanks Beverley!  I'm only doing the Supersprint because it's my first
triathlon.  So it's 400m swim (open water with compulsory wetsuits!), 10k
bike and 2.5k run.  I think the trick will be not to swallow the water in
the London Docks although they swear the water is up to bathing standards.

Running is my real thing (I'm hoping to do the London Marathon next year)
and I'm getting back into the swimming.  I am struggling to make myself go
out on the bike though!
