Please post your Exercise Challenge info for Wednesday (goals and
results) in this thread.

What's a exercise challenge, you ask?  The challenge is to yourself and
to move more. Just set a goal and report back -- whether it's I walked
1,000,000 minutes today or I was at 92% of goal or whatever.  Let me
repeat -- this is not a competition, this is a way to challenge yourself
to move more.

The suggestion is that you count activity and set goals for yourself
based on minutes of exercise.

What:  exercise challenge
How:  count the minutes of exercise that you do
When:  next tomorrow (starting Wednesday 4/25) -- ends Wednesday 5/3

Goal:  I kind of struggled with this and I think that my goal is simply
to meet the standard set by my coach.  (She gave me a training schedule
to follow.)

Results:  Wednesday - 70 minutes

I'm off to a rocky start.  I worked late, had to run an errand on the
way home and wasn't able to get in a bike ride before dark.  Does
adjusting the bike seat and testing it out in the cul-de-sac count?  At
least the bike is more comfortable!

I did jump on the treadmill for 20 minutes but really didn't workout
too hard.

Tomorrow isn't looking any better for a long ride.  I have a doctor
appointment and need to take the cat to the vet for surgery.

I had a goal of doing an hour in the gym (40 min lifting/20 min cardio) the
night before but woke up with bad foot problems and exhausted from the track
meet the day before so I switched my rest day to yesterday and will work out
tonight instead of taking a rest day.

10mins not exactly athletic pace but hope fully a fantastic achievement. I
am already looking at doing a half marathon in September ;-) will see how
Sunday goes though.
