It's a great day today! I have cracked the 130s. Today is my official

make goal. This is the lowest I've ever weighed in my adult life. Woo-Hoo!

Many congratulations. My target is somewhere in the 130s, too, and
I can imagine how good you must feel.

Thank you! It's a constant journey, but it feels good to stop on the way
and celebrate these milestones.

Congratulations! Such a great accomplishment...isn't it exciting to be so
close to your goal? I'm so happy for you!
I, too, am getting close: 140 at my last official weigh-in with about 13
lbs. to go to hit goal. Hopefully at my next weight-in I'll be in the 130s,
but we've had a hectic week with vacation, birthday party, grad party,
Memorial Day picnic...lots of big get-togethers with lots of food. We've
been able to keep up with our exercise routine but I'll be very happy simply
to not have gained this week and am back on the straight and narrow right
now.

It feels wonderful to be this close to goal. I'm healthier and more fit
than I've ever been in my life. I can't believe the way I was living
before this, what I was eating. It's just depressing to even think about
and it makes me feel so good to know I'm not that person anymore.

I know what you mean. This coming week will be a maintenance week for me
as well. I've got two get-togethers this week. Thing is, I've planned
for that so I know to keep calories less on the days when I don't have
the get-togethers and to eat with portion control at the get-togethers.
May increase the exercise as well, although the exercise I currently do
is fairly intense already.
