No problem. An extra period is no big deal. Missing one is a BIG deal!!!

I joined a couple of Yahoo e-mail groups. One is called Healthy-Cooking,
and there's a couple of vegetarian ones as well. I delete anything I know I
won't ever try (based on the recipe name in the subject) and check out the
rest. I've saved quite a few but have only actually made a couple of them
so far.

I like allrecipes.com.
You can browse by all sorts of categories, including lifestyle (low
carb, high fiber, low sodium, etc.)
I get 90% of my recipes there, and just do the substitutions to make
them healthy.

I second Nunya's suggestion of Cooking Light. In fact, when people ask
me what plan I followed I said that I got a subscription to Cooking
Light and counted calories. Sounds weird but it was a great start for me.
I also *highly* recommend Eating Well. In addition, I've had good
success with recipes from World's Healthiest Foods.
I like the following sites. YMMV, of course. All offer some kind of
nutritional information for the recipes.
