Today I worked at home for a while, then went to a meeting at another
of our offices. Had a working lunch there in the office cafeteria.
Afterward I went to the gym, grocery store, then home.

* 7:30 (home): 2 poached eggs on 1 slice whole wheat toast w/ 3 slices
melted f/f cheese & 10g grated parmesan
* 10:00 (driving to office): 1 oz. mixed nuts
* 12:30 (office cafeteria): pre-made salad w/ 1 cup greens, a couple
of tomato chunks, 2 oz. grilled chicken, 1/4 oz. shredded cheese, 1
hard-boiled egg, 1 package fat-free ranch dressing
* 5:15 (driving home): energy bar
* 7:15 (home): turkey burger on whole wheat hamburger bun w/ 3 slices
f/f cheese, dill pickle slices, & catsup; 1 square (67 calories) milk
chocolate
* 11:00 (home -- planned): 250g f/f Greek yogurt w/ 100g strawberries
Totals: 1524 calories, 56g fat (33%), 114g carbs (30%), 140g protein
(37%)

Olympic lifting: shoulder warmups, classic snatch, power clean &
jerk, clean pulls, good mornings, front squats
Cardio: 2 mile treadmill run

Not particularly, but I eat 2 most mornings for breakfast. I don't
worry about it. If you think the issue is cholesterol, these days the
thinking is that what raises one's cholesterol is not consumption of
cholesterol per se, but rather of saturated fats (and many Atkins
dieters do not have this experience either). It's been generally
accepted that eggs have been given a bad rap. Anyway, my cholesterol
level and my overall health are excellent.
