Last week I was on vacation for 4 days with a group of people. We went
golfing, shopping, and of course we went out to eat. Several times.
Today I had my third weekly weigh-in and found out that I lost 1 lb.!
Yeah! I was so incredibly happy because I tried to make good choices
but I wasn't sticking to the program 100%. It was such a good boost
for me because now I know I'm in control. Food did not control me.
First time in a long time! Twenty-two more pounds to go!

Congratulations Laura!
I think you'll find it's not necessary to stick to the program 100% of
the time in order to lose weight. Many in the group just plan for the
occasional splurge and get back on track immediately. After all, there
are always going to be events in our lives when we want to enjoy the
company and food. I've found I usually maintain on vacations due to
the extra exercise and choosing wisely at most meals.
