I started the raw food diet today at lunch. This morning I ate
previous cooked leftovers to get rid of them. Not that you're
interested what I had this morning but it came down to this: Beef
Stroganoff with Noodles.
Good bye Beef Stroganoff; Goodbye Noodles. Hamburgers? See ya baby.

Anyway my question is: Let's say I want to eat raw cabbage. Can I
dress it up with apple cider vinegar? How about organic apple cider
vinegar? I think that this should be OK. Of course olive oil would
make an appearance.

That should be good, yes. I like eating raw cabbage as well, a couple
