Looking for opinions only from those who have genuinely tried this
supplement (or know someone who has) and can thus comment intelligently on
it's efficacy.

i am losing weights about 4.5 lbs/week.

recipe:
1. reduce food intake (only eats salad and soups)
2. exercise and sport, my daily target is burning 800 calories, i spend
at least 2 hrs in gym everyday and soccer
3. i use lipovarin, but only takes 2 capsules in the morning 1 time
only otherwise i would not be able to sleep.

I have tried couple of days not to use lipovarin but immediately i feel
weak and have less energy. Bottomline: Lipovarin works but only when
combined with diet and heavy exercise.

Uh, reread what you just typed there.  Any time you diet (restrict calories
below maintenance level), and "exercise heavily" as you put it, you will
lose weight.  The reason why no one can give you an intelligent answer about
your lipovarin is because 99% of us do not believe in diet supplements.  We
are doing what you are, minus the expensive fad supp...

I remember the first time I tried diet pills as a teen.  I couldn't
wait to get thin!  Then I read the instructions, which were inside the
box, about how "This product works best when used on conjunction with a
sensible eating and diet plan".  They even included a little chart of
menus, which look like the typical recommendations for a 1200 calories a
day plan.

The only thing you have to buy to lose weight is the food you
actually eat.  Just eat less of it.  If you are making very bad food
choices now, switch to healthier things.  You might be able to live off
of hot-dogs and potato chips, but it's hard to lose weight doing so.  If
you don't own any comfortable walking shoes, invest in a pair of those
as well.  Even getting into the habit of walking around the block is a
good choice.

that's fine, but i tried few days without lipovarin and i feel more
craving and doesn't have as much as energy as usual.

what i remember:

with lipovarin i could spend 1,000 calories on the gym (while i have
soup only as lunch)
without lipovarin i could spend maximum of 300 calories only.

so whether you like or not, i have to admit that it works for me :P

Note: 300 calories is more or less running in treadmill or eleptrical
in 30 minutes, btw i am 31 Male, i am losing weight from 210lbs to 187
now.

I just started using Lipovarin - actually the 3 week Rapid Weight Los
system where Lipovarin is the main pill.  I'm only on day 3 but
really like these pills.  I agree with the above post abou
cravings...I always feel like i'm the queen of cravings - whethe
sweets, fatty or salty foods etc...but on this pills i have N
cravings!!!  I think with that it helps you make better decisions abou
eating.  I'm also only able to eat less then 1/2 of what i normall
eat.

I decided yesterday to start a blog/journal to track my progress an
the effects of the system

Check it out - http://lipovarinjournal.blogspot.com/

I haven't tried Lipovarin by itself but im thinking possibly after th
3 weeks to see how things go off the pills and if they go back to m
normal hungry-self I will try the Lipovarin alone instead of the 3 wee
system
