You have to get this out the diet plan really works. I went from 205 pounds
to 160 in 4 months. If you have high blood prressure and high cholesterol
This is a diet that works. I am no longer on pressure meds and my cholesterol
is fine. check out my web site.http://losepounds.site.with.us/home

BFD... thats a little over 2lbs a week ..what most 'diet' plans will
have you lose.
Nothing miracle here ...its called eat less, lose weight.
However I would bet 10 to 1 that a person who exercises while losing
that 2 lbs a week looks a hell of alot better afterwards than one who
doesnt, is healthier, and probably wont gain it back. Which is the yoyo
of many dieters - easier to lose weight than to keep it off.

Some weeks it would be more than 2 pounds the first 2 weeks I lost 10 pounds.
This is a diet plan for people who like me have tryed all kinds of different
diets and failed., and you do not eat less its the food that you eat which
helps with losing the weight. I have not been eating less in fact I eat very
good and I am still losing weight.

Sorry you think that way this is a diet plan I made for myself and it does
work I am only trying to help people lose weight not there money the 25$
canadian charge is only to cover cost of internet advertising. I am not
looking to make money I only wanted to help people lose pounds, I myself have
been trying for too many years and the cost is crazy for weight lost programs.
