There were a few things last year. A close friend dying suddenly last
February - he was 5 years younger than me - gave me pause to rethink what I
was doing with my own health.
And my 49th birthday on June 3 last year just made me want to do SOMETHING
while I was still in my 40s!
But I had started/quit/started/quit over and over again maybe dozens of
times before this clicked. That's why I recommend "tweaking" your diet and
trying again, over and over again until you find a tweak that works for you.

Yes! Less than 3 pounds to go to the 170s!

Think of how quickly time passes, and just take it one week at a time. Other
people have said it here as well - "slow and easy wins this race". Time will
go by, and if we just stick with it we will both get there!
