Have you seen him lately? He is fat.

Actually he isn't.  My mother met him and his wife 2 weeks ago.  She said
he's much more fit looking in person, plus very tall and solid.

You still haven't posted pictures of your "completely flat and muscular
stomach" (see the loose skin thread), but that doesn't keep you from
giving vegetarian diet advice.

I'd like to see that too.

    This persons pushy, passive/aggressive vegetarian
diet advice that tries, but fails, to invalidate
every other approach pisses me off.  It certainly
didn't hold up well or for long in ASDLC.

Sorry, MRV, but since you question my most excellent stomach, and have
no idea who I am, you would probably not believe anything I presented
as a photo either, saying it was someone else. You sound hostile to
vegetarians, successful weight loss, good-looking stomachs....or
perhaps all three. Try to not let these little things bother you MRV.
Maybe you could find a hobby. LOL dkw

Or maybe you could stop acting like a pompous a.shole.

Maybe, but I doubt it. and Dr. Phil is definitely F.A.T , not that I
don't enjoy hearing him....just don't take him seriously for diet
advice.

I am in fact very opinionated. IT has allowed me to become very
wealthy, intelligent and in great shape as well because I stick with my
convictions. It doesn't gain me a lot of friends, but I like to
associate with other pompous AH's. We have a sort of club that keeps
the rest of you humble with your unsuccessful ways. LOL. dkw

And again, you get this info how?  Do you know his ht, wt & bf%?  Have you
met him in person?  My mother did, 2 weeks ago but as usual you aren't going
to let actual fact and experience interfere with your stupidity.  You're the
one not to be taken seriously for diet advice since most of what you've
posted is predominantly incorrect bullshit.

And you assume I'm unsuccessful because I disagree with you?  You really are
as ignorant as your posts make you sound.  For the record, I lost 160 lbs 3
years ago and kept most of it off so far.  Diet and fitness at the time was
basically the only area in which I hadn't found success, but that's changed.
Better yet, I've met people on this group in person so my claims are known
to be true, meanwhile yours appear to simply be a fantasy you perpetuate.

Some of us actually have the ability to be opinionated and not be a.sholes,
maybe someday you'll learn it and have a friend or two.  Better yet how
about actually trying to learn something rather than just proclaim really
stupid stuff that has no evidence and is 99.99% wrong?  Maybe then you can
be an actual success instead of only in your dreams.
