Yesterday evening I was very angry and nervous for some problems with my
job. It was some days I've started to eat regulary and I felt better
than last week.

But I started to be very hungry, and anger and hunger growed up combined
even more and more... I tryed to stop them eating carrots, apples and
vegetables, but t does'nt stop them so I had a not dietetic dinner (not
really exaggerate, but I eat a lot of pasta and I made a sweet cream I
had in only the evening like 800/1000 Kcalories....).

The question is: whitch ploy ("tactic", "game plan") Do you use when the
nervousism make you really hungry??

Exercise, or a really brisk walk.  Something about sweating or getting the
heart rate up for awhile seems to disarm those feelings.

I have the same problem - but with pain.  When the pain level rises - I lose
control of my food intake.  Unfortunately - that has been the case much more
frequently in the past 4 months.  Although I haven't gained weight in the 4
months - I have bounced back and forth within a 5 pound range.  I was losing
an average of 10 pounds a month before this time.

But I keep on keeping on.  The Vicodin I have been prescribed doesn't help
much - and I can't take it if I plan on driving anyplace within 6 hours.

Would like to take a long vigorous walk - have been disabled for 36 years
and my ability to 'go for a walk' has gone down to almost nothing in the
past year.  And I miss the activity.  I live in the 'country' and so enjoyed
walking and seeing the little creatures of the area and the changing
seasons - better seen up close than through a window.
