Today I needed a quick lunch so some VERY simple tuna salad was in
order.
I ate 2 6 oz cans of oil packed tuna, a small onion, a little seseme
oil and some mayo.

I find that any of these high carb products that advertise a low NET CARB
amount knock me right out of Ketosis and prevent weight loss.
Anyone else experience this?
