Did you find that after starting a lowcarb WOE, you had a change in what you like and not like? I am very happy that I appreciate veggies so much more than before. Or that I can appreciate *food* in general so much more, without feeling

I found a couple of new products that might fit in well for those pressed for time or, as in my case, looking for foods to have around for my "go kit" that provide something more nourishing than the meal replacement bars. They'd be great for your emergency supplies (which

| Portland, Ore.: Grocery deals | 26 Jan 2004 16:49 GMT | 2 |
I've gone on record here many times arguing that low-carb eating can be cost-effective if people a) lay off the expensive specialty products and b) just bother to do some smart shopping. I also often urge people to seek out wholesale grocers in their area, where they

| Lyle McDonald's CKD vs Atkins diet | 26 Jan 2004 16:11 GMT | 19 |
I've been doing a McDonald-style cyclical ketogenic diet, and working out for 40 minutes a day. On about the sixth day, I get really weak on the treadmill, so replenishing muscle glycogen on the seventh day restores my available energy. At the beginning of the following week,

I started using a new product that i got from GNC, called Tetrazene. This is by far the most effective diet product that i have used. It is made for low-carb dieters to help with sugar and hunger cravings, and unlike other crap that I fell for, this stuff does exactly what it

Today was my official weigh and measure day at Curves, and I lost 4 pounds! Even though this was The Month of Too Many Nuts. I am surprised that I am still losing and haven't stalled at all yet, and I'm even more surprised at how easy all of this is. I lost inches too, but I ...
