As part of my low carb diet breakfasts I am supposed to have 1/2 cup of bran

my tracker program went through the roof today (55 carbs after lunch ) I got
suspicious and decided to check what I had been ...

Atkins Bread Mix won't rise25 Jan 2004 21:12 GMT7
Is anyone having success with the Atkins bread mix in a bread machine?
I've wasted 2 boxes of this expensive stuff only to create a short,

US vs. Canadian Nutritional Labels25 Jan 2004 19:21 GMT3
Well, after my little dilemma with the Advantage bars, I have also realized
that the US & CDN Nutrition Labels are in fact different especially on
Dietary Fibre.  When I told Atkins customer service in the States that  my
bar and box said there is 0gm of Dietary Fibre, she thought ...
Don Pablos25 Jan 2004 17:37 GMT5
Just went to Don Pablos mexican rest. and ate their LC steak fajitas which

like a salad instead of wrapping it in the lettuce and used sour cream and
guacamole for a dressing. Really good.  Also had 2 ...
