But now I may have Gestational Diabetes!  That sucks!
Sure goes to show you how eating too many carbs can really screw with you.
I failed the 1 Hour Glucose Test (156) and am scheduled to have the 3 Hour
Test on Wednesday.

I just had a great lunch. It would be a legal meal on Induction also.
A naked burger is a burger without a bun. I bought the Atkins low carb
ketchup- not bad and only 1 carb a Tbsp. I really missed ketchup so it was
worth the $3 I paid for the small bottle.

From my personal experiace I have lost my appetite but I am still consuming
2500 to 3000 calories a day (if FitDay is to be believed) and so far I have

I went to Curves today. I did 40 minutes of training (went around 4 times).

Evidently Low Carb does not work for me or my Mother or her Sister.
Combined, we gained about 45 pounds. After the initial 5 pounds water weight
I lost that made my pants fit (between South Beach and Atkins), I started
packing on fat and have since gained 17 pounds!

I've been off lowcarb for longer than I care to think. I finally gave

I have to state I've been lo-carbing for over two years and I've seen
every argument the scientific comunity has come our with against us
but this one, while not completly negative managed to miss the target

I reached goal on december 9th (50 pound below max weight about 40 pounds

Hi, I bought a box of Advantage Chocolate Mocha Crunch and I'm now confused.
I have cut and paste the nutrition info from the website.  How can it be Net
carbs of 3 grams, when the Total Carbs is 22grams and the Dietary Fibre is
10 grams.  Wouldn't the Net Carbs be 12grams???  I ...

This morning's scale said I gained three pounds in a day, to my
