But now I may have Gestational Diabetes! That sucks! Sure goes to show you how eating too many carbs can really screw with you. I failed the 1 Hour Glucose Test (156) and am scheduled to have the 3 Hour Test on Wednesday.

I just had a great lunch. It would be a legal meal on Induction also. A naked burger is a burger without a bun. I bought the Atkins low carb ketchup- not bad and only 1 carb a Tbsp. I really missed ketchup so it was worth the $3 I paid for the small bottle.

Evidently Low Carb does not work for me or my Mother or her Sister. Combined, we gained about 45 pounds. After the initial 5 pounds water weight I lost that made my pants fit (between South Beach and Atkins), I started packing on fat and have since gained 17 pounds!

For a variety of reasons (mostly involving living with a non-LCer) I've been off lowcarb for longer than I care to think. I finally gave myself a good talking-to and had a farewell hot fudge sundae, and stocked up on salad greens, burger patties, and cheese.
