Yay! I found her 500 low-carb recipes and 15 minute recipes for $11.99 each at
Costco today. Until last week my Costco didn't have ANY LC cookbooks, and now
the two I wanted most show up!

In case anyone is interested yesterday I found Hood's Carb Countdown yogurt
at Sam's Club. Strawberry and Peach made with Splenda.
4 grams of carbs (sugar 3 grams) 12 grams of protein 80 calories and 1.5
grams of fat in 6 oz.

Can someone clarify: I'm on a ketogenic diet to burn fat fast. Am I
right in thinking that the darker my keto-sticks read, the more fat
I'm burning? And am I right in thinking that if I minimise my dietary
fat intake, then my body will be forced to burn more body fat?

I have read some of the other post and the subject of Sodium sometimes comes
up.  I have been told, by a doctor, that most (I think he said around 75%)
of us are not affected adversely by sodium.  My ex-wife salted bacon (yes,
she really did) and on the same day have her BP checked ...

Up until recently, the Texas distributor only made Diet Rite cola.
I just found white grape and red raspberry Diet Rite at WalMart,
