Just wondering why it is recommended that one's daily multi-vitamin supplement NOT contain iron? I accidently bought one from sam's club (advanced multi, I think) that contains rda 100% for iron.

I work in broadcast media.......and last week, Subway sent over a big platter of the low-carb wraps for us to try. They were good....a little small though....but what made me laugh, was that they sent over another platter of COOKIES along with it!!!

Where do you guys go for your favorite recipes? I have been on atkins for 8 days and have lost 7 pounds but am tiring of the same food. Also any recipes for dessert would be great. Mt birthday is coming and I don't want to blow it all just for one day.
