I wasnt paying real close attention to what I ate today and I am going to go
over my limit of 30 carbs. By the end of the night after a snack I will be10
over... BUT as of right now I am under my calorie alotment by 698!!!  I have
been super active today so I dont feel REAL bad ...

I've become hooked on jerky as a nighttime snack, but it's getting
expensive. The kind I get is WalMart brand (blue bag) and it's $5.99 for
8ozs. It has 2g. of carbs per oz. Between myself and 2yr. old who LOVES it
we usually eat a 1/2 a bag a night.

well today was a binge day for me.
i tried very hard to stay within 40 carbs today
i usaully stay 25 to 25 on owl
but i  ate alot of junk but i am still under 20 carbs so far

I started Atkins 12/27/03 and lost about 6 pounds in as many days.
Then, I stalled but that's OK since I feel different/thinner.  A couple
people at work also have noticed a change ("face looks thinner") so I
figure it must be working although slower now than I had expected.

Okay, a coworker of mine was talking about how he used to do Atkins.
I asked him how long he was on it, and he said 6 weeks.  (doesn't seem like
very long at all to me)
Anyhow, he said that his doctor told him that he needed to stop with the

I have one of the original Atkins New Diet Revolution books and for the life
of me, I cannot find something called WOE. Will someone kindly please tell
me what that means?
I have lost over 60 pounds and maintaining the loss. However, the only thing
