I have been starting to slowly increase my carb count as I hit the gym
harder and require more carbs to properly function during and after the
workout.
So on my "off days", the days before I do the gym, I eat something carby

My mom always told me that when you eat lentils, you must combine them with
a starch to create a "complete protein."  I have read this in other places
too, such as several websites I found before posting this question to the
group.

I started induction last Monday at 215.5.  Friday morning, the scale read

I have some DaVinci syrups in my pantry, which seem rather nice.  They are
also quite expensive.  A friend told me to  check out Toriani SF syrups,
which she buys cheaply (3.99/750ml bottle) at Smart N Final.   Both brands
are made with Splenda.

OK so I made it through the holidays and did well. I've upped my
mostly daily exercise from 1.5 miles to 3 miles.
I've been stuck at 175 since Nov 11, 2003!!

I am having no luck locating LeCarb "milk" here in Alabama. My Wal Mart
Supercenters have never heard of it even though they carry the frozen dessert.
Whats the name of the other substitute LC milk I keep hearing about and is it
any good?

I quite didn't mind the two scrawny little chunks I ate, actually.  I
will try it as a foccacia substitute, with balsamic and extra virgin
olive oil dip.   Would be not too bad with some low-fat mozarella and
fresh spicey tomato salsa nuked for about thirty secs, too.  Good for
