cherry/grape tomatoes17 Jan 2004 01:58 GMT4
I can't find any nutritional info on cherry tomatoes.  Do you just use
regular tomatoes?  Even fitday doesn't have them on the food explorer.  I
put 6 cherry or grape tomatoes in my salads.  What would be the carbs and
nutritional info on those?
Rosacea and LC17 Jan 2004 01:47 GMT4
I have had rosacea for about 3 years now. Does anyone see any difference in their "problem" if they go off the diet and eat a bunch of bread and candy (as in over Christmas and Thanksgiving)?
I've never heard any official studies, links or improvement, but it seems like mine is ...

Atkins vs South Beach diet17 Jan 2004 00:14 GMT3
I am new to the group and I just purchased the South Beach diet book. Would
appreciate any input regarding Atkins and SBD. I have noticed that SBD is
more low fat but other than that have not noticed any other difference, but
I just started the book.
maintenance16 Jan 2004 23:25 GMT10
OK, so I'm at my goal (although thinking of going a bit farther). I have
lost on Atkins before, but failed to maintain and went hog wild for another
year. This time I'd like to be smart and maintain. How do you find your
limits most easily? I use Keto strips. How quick of a response ...
