| Walden Farms - 0 Carb Salad Dressing -- Fact or Fiction? | 16 Jan 2004 19:10 GMT | 7 |
Has anybody heard of these people. Their label clearly advertises "No carbs" and also has "0 carbs" on the nutritional information. I'm eating it (Thousand Island), but it seems like a mislabeling or a cheat of some sort. Anybody else used this?

| Pre-diabetes and carb sensitivity | 16 Jan 2004 14:18 GMT | 2 |
I would like to ask an ignorant question. Supposedly, in a healthy person, after eating more or less any meal, fluctuations of blood sugar levels are minimal. As soon as glucose enters blood, insulin is secreted and glucose is absorbed.
