I found my White SHIRATAKI Noodles. (I think.) They just made a very convincing plate of SPAGHETTI! Noodles are <1 carb per serving and 7 servings per 7 ounce bag. From what I have read, all the carbs are fiber.

I am really struggling through the induction phase, and it didn't make it any better when I found out that the Chicken Breast Strips I ate from Jack in the Box weren't low in carbs (36 grams per serving!). I understand that it takes approximately two days for your carb reserves
