My sister has been trying to lose weight and not succeeding (I believe
because she underestimates how much she eats and overestimates how hard she
works out, but anyway) and she went to her doctor about it.  Her doctor put
her on some kind of diet pills and a 1000 calorie a day, ...

the daily breakdown be of carbs, fats, proteins,
fruits and veggies etc...

Okay i hope im not the only one who has had trouble staying on induction. I
followed Atkins once before and lost 28lbs in like 12 weeks so I know it works.
This time i cant seem to stay on track. Its like the craving for sugar is so
much greater. Im trying but i blew it last week so ...

Got on the scale this morning and found that I've lost 24 pounds - 10% of my
start weight.  Woo Hoo!!!!
I've got a ways to go - but am thrilled at this point....

Has any one experienced lower cholestorl on the Atkins diet? I am in my
second week and a friend told me he has been taken off cholesterol medicine
after six months on Atkins. I am presently taking Zocor and would love to
get off it.
