I find I save money doing Atkins. I do not enjoy fish/seafood. I eat cheap cuts of steak marinated, ground beef,pork chop or chicken all which i get for under two dollars a pound. With the veggies if it is over a dollar fifty a pound I go without. Eggs under 2 bucks for 18.

Just curious can a person really lose lbs on 20 carbs a day? Excersise about 40 minutes a day 4 times a week and raising four girls. Just getting alittle discourage when the scale or the tape measure doesn't move.

Can things like Honeydew Melon, small quantities of Orange Juice, or banannas/clemintine oranges be worked into low carb dieting. I say "I dont think so", then she points out that Sugarbusters allows for these sorts of things.
