Excercising during induction14 Jan 2004 02:43 GMT5
I'm on day 9 of Atkins induction.  I've dropped from 274 lbs to 264.

Am I still able to work out as much as I did before cutting out the carbs?

Muscle Gain on LC Diets14 Jan 2004 01:06 GMT4
I'm curious how people have fared trying to add muscle mass while on
