I have been on induction for 4 days now, and I feel great, other than
the headache...have not cheated and have not even wanted to.  Have not
lost a pound yet either..but still feel great!
Anyway..here is my question,

During the INDUCTION PHASE of ATKINS...
If you are supposed to limit carbs to 20 grams a day (80 calories)
and I can't imagine getting more than 200 grams of protein (safely)

I bought a 3 lb. salmon filet from Costco on Saturday.  Any ideas?  I'm
thinking poached, and already bought some Trader Joe's Seafood Stock, was
thinking a little of that maybe with some dill ... and lemon.
I'm tired of my same ol' recipe! (garlic salt/pepper/bake) LOL!

I've read the Atkins book and had been on 8 days of a cheat free
induction. I have a quick question which some may think is stupid/anal
retentive, but I want to try to go as "by the book" as possible. I
have about 20lbs total to lose. I have lost around 4/5 already. I want

I was at FoodMax in San Jose today (corner of Meridian & Parkmoor) and found
medium heads of cauliflower for $1.49 ea!  I've seen them anywhere from $2.49-
$3.99 (usually $2.99) at most stores in the last few months, so this is a GREAT
deal!  I haven't tried freezing fauxtatoes, ...

I am new and just don't understand the net carb numbers.  How do I discount
the other carbs when they are there and just count the grams that are net
carb?

Been LC for 5 months.  Breast tenderness was increasingly bad.
The doc said nothing to worry about its hormonal.
Went off LC since xmas and no change.  I have read that diets
high in animal protein can cause this.  Has anybody else had the same?

I have just started Atkins and while I think i'm doing it right a few
something is confusing me.
Firstly I understand that you are limited to 20g carbs per day and that most
