I started Atkin's 10/26/03. I followed the induction to a T. In the first 2 weeks I lost 4 pounds. After induction I added in more veggies only. Still stayed at the 4# loss. I believe now, that I added too many nuts into my diet shortly thereafter which caused a weight loss
