apparently I didn't. Does anyone remember to which site I am referring? I
have tried google groups but can't find what I'm looking for.

I started Atkin's 10/26/03.  I followed the induction to a T.  In the
first 2 weeks I lost 4 pounds.  After induction I added in more veggies
only.  Still stayed at the 4# loss.  I believe now, that I added too
many nuts into my diet shortly thereafter which caused a weight loss
