Are there any diet soda drinks available in the UK that don't use aspartame
as the sweetener?  I'm about to embark on induction and I would like the odd

I remember reading in a Atkins book or somewhere (maybe the atkins
site) that your Multi-Vitamins should not contain iron. But I an not
remember why and I can not find any reference to it. Does any one have
any information / opinions on this?   Thanks!!

... I started this past monday.  I vowed not to step on a scale until next
Monday but couldn't resist.  I found that I had lost 14 lbs already.  That
cannot be.  But it was true.  I kept getting back on to make sure I didn't
have my foot on something else.

Its like soy sauce and tamari but less salt and better for you. I
lightly greased a cookie sheet, laid raw almonds down and tossed a bit
of Aminos on them, slow roasted for 45 minutes at 250 degrees. What a
flavorful snack!!!! I bought it at the local health food store!

Well, as of today I have crossed one of my milestones, I am now at the
weight where I am no longer clinically obese, merely overweight.
Several folks have asked for pictures...here are a few of mine.

I have been on induction for a week now. I have been keeping my carbs
to about 12 gram a day, excapt last night when I was just at 20, by my
count. I added 3 tbs of Fat Free Refried beans to my place.. boy were
they good.  I have lost 9 lbs. I don'y think I have reached ketosos. I
