| stuffed pork loin | 09 Jan 2004 04:22 GMT | 5 |

| Dangers of a low carb diet | 09 Jan 2004 02:26 GMT | 11 |
Ok, I have only been low-carbing for 5 weeks now and I have never felt better in my life. However, I am concerned as to whether it is healthy in the long run to be on a high fat, low carb diet. I have heard that it can eventually cause heart attacks and is bad for the

| kind of a strange question | 09 Jan 2004 01:23 GMT | 12 |
Okay...Jan. 5, I went back to 20 gm/carbs "induction" to kick start my weight loss. From mid-November to Jan. 5, I had gained 6 pounds back from what I had lost previously, doing low carb. I'm pretty happy that the damage was only 6 pounds, considering that I ate anything, and

I drove down to Trader Joe's today and found no Bella Vita pasta on the shelves. I asked the store manager what was up, and he told me that they would not be back in stock until March 1, because the company had to comply with "substantiating" their labels which required testing and ...
