REC: Green Beans w/Bacon & Bleu Cheese08 Jan 2004 06:44 GMT4
This was so easy I'm surprised I never thought of it before.
I always just buy the Trader Joe's green beans in the microwaveable pack (I
love that) ... and by default I always microwave my bacon (pure laziness on my
part) ... anyway ... after microwaving my bacon yesterday for lunch ...

Just the Cheese Brand Crunchy Baked Natural Cheese Snacks in White Cheddar
I read about these in a thread back on 12/30/2003.
I ordered some, since the poster raved about them so much.
I think they are too salty.
Speaking of the Discovery Health Challenge :(08 Jan 2004 02:02 GMT1
I thought it would be neat to do this challenge starting Jan 20th, as the TV
and website claimed that you could adjust it to low calorie, low fat, or low
carb, to your preference.  When I filled out my profile online and went to

What to drink while on induction?08 Jan 2004 01:44 GMT9
I'm on the induction phase of Atkins.  What else is o.k to drink
on Induction besides seltzer & water?  is diet coke o.k or is there an
ingredient in there that might jeopardise your progress?  Thanks in
advance!
interesting comments from a dieter08 Jan 2004 00:26 GMT7
Went to a dinner at a chinese buffet last night with a bunch of other people
from a club I belong to.  As I was digging into the shrimp, crab, garlic
chicken, bok choi, etc., one of the people commented that she noticed I had
lost some weight.

Perhaps alot dumb questions about a general LC lifestyle...07 Jan 2004 23:48 GMT16
How many carbs is still considered low carb if a person is working out 3
days a week, and generally is still watching what they eat.
I started Atkins induction back in late October, and in about two months
lost visible weight on my body, and perhaps 20lbs on the scale.
Another reason to be a skeptic.....07 Jan 2004 23:45 GMT4
