I have a headache, a tummy ache and I am extremely tired, is that normal for
day one?  I figured it would take a day or two before I started feeling like
a.s.
I did my measurements today... OMG My waist is bigger than my hips! LOL...

Well, I woke up this morning, and after not making it to tje gym (i decided
while in bed that since the hours were short for new years, the chances of
me getting there AND to work on time in a SNOWSTORM werent great), that i
should calculate my body fat.

Hi all, I was reading this article about low-carbing in NYC and found some
interesting things.
I've been to Tutta Pasta in Hoboken, NJ (it's an area chain) and their low-carb
rigatoni in vodka sauce is to die for. And hubby says the linguini in bolognese

OK, we're starting the South Beach Diet tomorrow.  I had taken out Pork
Chops for tomorrow's dinner, thinking we could have that.  But, looking at
the foods we can have, it only lists Boiled Ham, Canadian Bacon and
Tenderloin.  Nothing on the "avoid" list.  Anyone know??

Last night I cheated.  No, it was not planned.  I am aiming for around 60
grams of carbs a day, with a max of 100 on planned cheat days, and I did
not go over my limit for the day. But, I did eat a substantial amount of
