Hola,
I just met my first stall?.  I was not sure if it was my TOM
or what, but I started to worry this week.  I just kept on

Just saw Whoopie Goldberg hawking Slimfast for low card diets....
WRONG....there are 40 carbs in one can of Slimfast.
There is a alot of false advertising going on right now...

Is it ok to take the Atkins Basic 3 multi-vitamin supplement during
pregnancy, at least the first trimester?
Has anyone done this?
What about the Essential Oils supplement?

Anyone had experience with or know about cortisol, and more to the point a
product called Cortislim? It's suppossed to help the body rid itsself of the
fat areas around the waist and butt.
I wanted to check with you guys before trying the product, it is kind of

I read the Atkins book a few years ago and I'm going back on the diet (I
mean "lifestyle").  So, what's the deal with "Net effective carbs" listed on
"low carb" candy bars?  I don't remember reading about this in the book.
Please refresh my memory.

I finally found some of the new Atkins Quick Quisine Bake Mix.
The good news for those of us who are trying to avoid or not OD on
soy is that the soy has been eliminated.  The bad news is that
their leavening now includes aluminum phosphate.  Off to write

I just bought my first (and last) box of Atkins spaghetti. That was the
nastiest stuff I've ever eaten!! Funky texture and very strong soy flavor.
I'd rather not eat pasta again than to eat that!

I'm currently 5'4 and 3/4" and 155 pounds as of this morning.  I just did a
BMI calculation and it turns out I'm only 10 pounds away from the "normal"
range.  Granted, it's almost at the upper limit of normal, and granted, BMI
