I started induction today and have been unable to make the hunger go away. Here is what I have eaten so far: 3 egg Omlette with 5 slices of bacon, a little onion, some mushrooms and muenster cheese. For lunch I ate almost 1 1/4 lbs of ground black angus

Anyone else who drinks bottled water try drinking from the tap again. Wow I didn't realize how bad tap water tastes. I'm going to have to start bringing some bottled water to work because This Water Sucks! Mike

I recently purchased some King Crab. I usually have snow crab or Dungeness, this King stuff is seriously strong tasting. I paid a bundle for it, so have to figure something out. Do any of you creative cooking types have recipe suggestions for taming the taste of King Crab.
