Ah-ha!  Nuts AND cheese!29 Feb 2004 22:50 GMT15
I discovered today that if I eat nuts and cheese together as a snack, it is
more satisfying and keeps away the temptation to go back for more nuts.
Plus, those colby jack cubes tasted pretty darn good with the almonds.
Fitday and the like29 Feb 2004 22:42 GMT6
I have had a look at www.fitday.com and was wondering if there were
any other sites that help track weight loss etc.
Thanks

hood carb countdown29 Feb 2004 21:21 GMT8
I purchased the chocolate milk and was surprised how delicious this is.  I
was not expecting it to be so good.  This may be a dumb question, but if I
want to make hot chocolate, would I just heat it or would I need to add
something to it?
Atkins Gum29 Feb 2004 21:20 GMT6
Has anyone tried the Atkins gum? It is sweetened with xylitol, 0 net

Spring has Sprung!29 Feb 2004 21:19 GMT15
Its beautiful here where I live. Spring is here! Daffodils are coming
up, probably be blooming soon. I walked my dog today, enjoyed it so
much. The sun felt so good. I can now walk without a cane, and two
blocks instead of one. I think its the weight loss helping with that.

Atkins/2 quarts ice tea29 Feb 2004 17:57 GMT2
I was doing a test tonight to see how many packets of splenda it would take
before 2 quarts of ice tea (no caffine of course) would take before the tea
would taste sweatened.  I got to 5 packets before I could taste some
sweetness to the tea.  One packet of splenda is equal to about ...
Caffeine and aspartame29 Feb 2004 17:38 GMT10
Not together :-)
Atkins warns about caffeinated beverages but doesn't expressly
prohibit them.  Same deal with aspartame.  What's up with that?  I
intend to start induction on Monday, but going cold turkey on

Help from Atkins Center29 Feb 2004 16:48 GMT7
I am having an ongoing problem that I have to believe is related to my
low carb way of life. I'm experiencing numbness in my hands, feet, and
face. My right eye even feels lazy. My doctor and optometrist have
checked me (as appropriate for their specialties) from head to foot. I
New Pants - Old Pants29 Feb 2004 16:24 GMT5
It is a good thing I use suspenders, because my pants were falling off.
Today, I dug into my old clothes box and found a pair of barely used pants
from years ago, that now fit.  I wrapped a steel tapemeasure from my toolbox
around my waist and discovered that I have lost about 8 ...
