Since my valentine and I are both LCing, neither of us are about to

I wanted to give him a pressie that symbolizes how sweetly he treats
me.  I made a small batch of LC fudge (unsweetened chocolate,

Dearth Of Grnd Beef On Sale Since Mad Cow14 Feb 2004 19:53 GMT5
Until the mad cow scare last month or so here in the southwest almost
every week one of the major supermarkets had grnd beef on sale for as
little as 99 cents a pound but not a sale to be found since. Is this
seeminly isolated or has any one else experienced this. Coincidentally
Atkins products OK for South beach14 Feb 2004 19:01 GMT16
I noticed recently there are many Atkins food products on the market.
MAny of them are bad foods which are packaged as low carb high

Are these actually ok to eat on the south beach diet?  Nuitritionally
Anyone know why chicken is...14 Feb 2004 18:56 GMT38
SO darned expensive??  Is it some kind of rare bird or exotic treat?
If not, is it because of the great care with which these beings are
raised and treated?  NOT!  So I can't understand it.  And we all
continue to pay it.  Bacon too, isn't that just too much to pay for
Simplifying this WOE14 Feb 2004 18:15 GMT11
I started this WOE around six months ago because by brother
had bypass surgery at the age of 47 (I'm 48).  The first
thing I did was look for dessert recipes and breads that
were legal to have, along with all the ready-made products
The Gastric Bypass Channel - DHC14 Feb 2004 16:51 GMT23
Forgive me if no one wants to talk about this, but I've been bothered
for a while about the "Obesity" series I sometimes see on Discovery
Health.  The show usually features a morbidly obese person who has
decided to deal with the problem surgically after having tried and

Diet Coke with Lime?14 Feb 2004 14:59 GMT38
Today I happened upon some new "Diet Coke with Lime", and enjoyed it.
Since I haven't seen any mention of it is it possible that Nashville
actually got something early on in a product introduction?
BTW, there was no regular version.  For once my husband ended up being
Recipe Page Updated14 Feb 2004 14:15 GMT1
I've added the coconut macaroon recipe to my low carb recipe page. The
version I had linked to is no longer on the web but I have gotten permission
from the original author to post my revision of his recipe. This cookie
recipe is truly low carb, low cal, high satisfaction--highly ...
