She lost over 70 lbs. (according to one website) using an appetite
suppresant pill...at least the heat will be off LCing for a while!

I started Atkins at the beginning of December and I have lost 26lbs
(195 to 169lbs).  I am very happy with the result and have more weight
that I would like to lose.  I am however unsure of how much more I

I have not made this yet, came across the recipe today....looks like it could
easily be converted using a flour substitute and the Hood Low Carb Milk (or
cream and water mix) ... this would affect the carb and calorie counts at the
bottom, which are listed for the recipe as is.

Hi Y'all.
My wife and I have been on a low-carb diet (primarily Atkins) for about 9 mos
now, and we are in the vicinity of our target weights.
In my youth, I worked in many restaurants ranging from Denny's up to the 4 star

When I was in induction my hot flashes were not only more intense but more
frequent and lasted longer.  IT WAS HELL!  Now 1 month into LCing and my hot
flashes are gone!  I mean I really haven't had one in a week or so.  Not
that I mind not having any, :-) but should I be concerned? ...
