Hi everyone. I'm sure this has probably come up ad nauseum, but is it really necessary to give up coffee totally? Please don't suggest de-caf. I wouldn't bother with that. I only drink about 2 cups a day in the am with breakfast. I guess I don't understand why it's a problem other ...

Last week I weighed 215. This morning I weighed 225. I have a tendency to retain water, and can gain/lose 5-7 pounds overnight on any given day due to water retention. I don't have a food diary, but I've been keeping my carbs in the 20-25
