I've been doing Atkins for 2 weeks now. Before starting, I was diagnosed with IBS, and I hoped Atkins might have helped that. I've been following the rules of Indiction, and limiting oils (such as olive). My bowels simply haven't been working properly. My movements

| Feeling tired and weird | 25 Feb 2004 22:16 GMT | 25 |

| Who said beef is expensive! | 25 Feb 2004 16:18 GMT | 11 |
Wow - At the Safeway I bought ONE steak and it was 2.2 pounds huge! And it was only 5,5$! That would be 20$ in Denmark. I carved off one third if it for my dinner, and I ate it with brussel sprouts and spinach. They also had 2 x 18 jumbo sized eggs for 3.9$, which is also ...
