DaVinci syrups/SF Bay area24 Mar 2004 08:09 GMT4
My daughter has been searching the supermarkets without success.
Does anyone know of any stores in the Fremont/San Jose area that handle
DaVinci sugar-free syrups?
Thanks,

Hi Eff,
I tried to email you from both Hotmail (used Reply) and then from
BellSouth.  Both times it got returned.  The reason given was "Not our
customer".  What's up?

Anyone hear of PROPOLENE?24 Mar 2004 04:55 GMT19
Howdy folks,
Lately I've been running into this commercial about a diet pill called
Propolene that claims people can lose up to 20 LBs in a month without
ANY exercise.
I'm back too24 Mar 2004 04:53 GMT8
I got sidetracked by too many peanuts and peanut butter.  Now I am ready to
tow the line again.

"Leptoprin"24 Mar 2004 02:12 GMT25
"When is a diet pill worth $153? NOT when it's Leptoprin!"
I saw the leporine commercial again today and decided to do some web
research.  The link below is to a website that exposes the ingredients of
Leptoprin and tries to explain what they are.  This is clearly bad stuff....
Mini-milestone!24 Mar 2004 02:06 GMT20
I FINALLY got down below 200 today!! I've been waiting for this for months.
Especially with all the water fluctuations that came with the TOM, and hovering
around the same three pounds for so long, it was so great today to get on the
scale and see 198.5. That's 16 pounds above my ...
OT: Powerbar King and Atkins24 Mar 2004 01:47 GMT17
http://www.msnbc.msn.com/id/4571505/
The founder of the Powerbar has died of a heart attack at the age of 51.
I wonder if there will be as much nonsense media sensation about "he died
because of those awful powerbars" as there was about Atkins supposedly dying

A mid-week diet report24 Mar 2004 00:39 GMT30
From my diet blog - http://diet.lifemind.com/.1c815eed
Regular dieters are familiar with how we are so psychologically bound to the
display of our digital scales.
My goal in LC2 dieting is to lose about 1 kg (2.2 lb) per week. So naturally

For morning exercisers23 Mar 2004 22:56 GMT1
Here's an article written for morning bike riders, but it illustrates just
how variable people are with respect to carbs:

Personally, I have to eat something before exercising in the morning.
Stall (or: Not enough cals? or Not enough fat?)23 Mar 2004 22:45 GMT1
I've been stalled at a 20 pound loss for about 3 weeks now (it seems). I'm
not cheating on anything, have been walking (trying to jog) almost every
other day, and carbs have been kept between 20 and 30.
I've been semi watching calories, keeping them under 1800 all the time w/o
