Piece of cake.  Just the prep was ucky.
Intestinal mucosa healthy.  Sugar alcohols changed nothing.
My inspiration is a very fine surgeon I knew who died of bowel cancer.
Easier to tell people to have the test than to do it, I guess.

Though difficult to accept at first, it is pretty logical on
researching further about atkin's and low carb diet. The difficult
part is a spouse who don't have body weight issue and whose staple
diet is either bread and rice.

I'm 25 M and I think about 110Kg (I don't own scales)

I just wanted to share with you folks that I am riding in the MS 150 in
June.  This is a charity bicycle ride of 150 miles in two days to help raise
money for MS.  Now to make this on topic.....I couldn't have done this ride
without losing the weight.  Thanks to low carb and working ...

I have been looking through all of the sugarfree gums and they all
contain about 1gm of carb per piece.
Does anyone know of any no-carb gums?
