Piece of cake. Just the prep was ucky. Intestinal mucosa healthy. Sugar alcohols changed nothing. My inspiration is a very fine surgeon I knew who died of bowel cancer. Easier to tell people to have the test than to do it, I guess.

Though difficult to accept at first, it is pretty logical on researching further about atkin's and low carb diet. The difficult part is a spouse who don't have body weight issue and whose staple diet is either bread and rice.

I've just started the low carb thing :) I'm 25 M and I think about 110Kg (I don't own scales) I'm working in a really hot and humid environment which isn't making the tiredness and fatige any easier. But I'm getting by.
