| Still stalled, and now I'm annoyed | 20 Mar 2004 02:18 GMT | 19 |
Got weighed and measured at Curves today. I've been stalled since January, and I've been accepting it as a natural plateau, but now it's gone on too long and I'm not liking it. Not only did nothing go down, but my BF%, ab, and thigh measurements actually went up.

| REC -- Veal substitute | 20 Mar 2004 01:38 GMT | 1 |
Although I have not tried this with a LC "breading," it worked amazingly well with panko (Japanese breadcrumbs). Cut pork tenderloin into 3/8" or 1/2" slices. Pound until thin, then use as you would in a recipe calling for veal.

| Sour Cream recipes? | 19 Mar 2004 23:57 GMT | 11 |
I had an interesting experience at the grocery store yesterday. When I selected my food, it dawned on me that I was not consciously on a diet, that this is actually how I *prefer* to eat. Does anyone have ideas on what to do with sour cream? Impulsively, I bought a tub of it and now ...

| A benefit I had forgotten about. | 19 Mar 2004 23:54 GMT | 14 |
This will probably end up being kind of long - so please try to stick with me to the end...There IS a point...LOL I've been back on the seriously low-carb bandwagon for a little over two weeks now. I lost a huge chunk when I first started with it two

| cornstarch in ibuprofen | 19 Mar 2004 22:29 GMT | 4 |
I have a bottle of ibuprofen from Costco. The inactive ingredients contain cornstarch. Do you think this is okay to take during the Induction phase of Atkins? My legs are killing me; I cannot sleep at night because of it. It feels like when you try to stretch and it hurts. And yes ...

| Anyone TOO regular on this diet? | 19 Mar 2004 21:44 GMT | 7 |
Is there anyone who's too regular on this diet? I take no fiber pills or the like yet I'm way more regular than I was on low fat (and I ate the same number of meals). What's the deal?

| Went Insane | 19 Mar 2004 12:23 GMT | 44 |
on the weekend. Omigod - the longer I'm at this, the longer I wonder if I will ever acquire a working brain that doesn't respond to stress with an all-out binge. I disgust myself while I'm bingeing, but it doesn't stop me. I feel like crap when I'm finished - that doesn't

| I told ya so! | 19 Mar 2004 08:24 GMT | 36 |
I just got off the phone with my sister.... you know, the one that refused to even try lowcarb. The one that kept offering me special k for breakfast and apologized for only having full fat sour cream when I went up for new year's... gee it's been over a year now.
