I've lost a chin! Woohoo! How I noticed: When my husband is driving
somewhere and I'm in the passenger seat, I occasionally glance at ...
Top 5 Undocumented Low Carb Food List16 Mar 2004 04:21 GMT9
Everyone knows about the low carb meats, dairy products, vegetables
and fruits out there, but what many people don't know is that the
condition under which a food is supplied can  affect the carb count.
Below is a list for newbies and old timers alike.  I think many will

Low Carb Emporium bread = 1 net carb?16 Mar 2004 01:20 GMT11
I found some low carb bread made by Low Carb Emporium out of Nevada that
claims to be 6 carb - 5 fiber = 1 net carb per serving.
They make breads, bagels, rolls, and hot dog buns.
They are actually very good but I am very skeptical about them being 1 net
New Member, and Induction questions16 Mar 2004 01:08 GMT8
Good afternoon, I guess I should first start by introducing myself. I
am Jerry, my wife and I were one quite overweight, we lost a lot of
weight by counting calories, I went from about 330 to 240, but have
since gone back to about 270, probably since I got tires of starving
Need Advice16 Mar 2004 00:32 GMT22
Let me start by describing a few of the symptoms. This may sound like an
exaggeration or some kind of troll, but I assure you it is not. I am
actually trying to find a reason to continue this diet. I am desperate.
I have been on Induction since Monday 3/8/04. The first two days were ...
sugar free jello16 Mar 2004 00:25 GMT15
In the Atkins book, it says to stay away from aspartame.  But I see many
recipes using sugar-free jello, which is sweetened with aspartame.  Is
sugar-free jello okay, particularly during induction?
Thanks,

Have you tried the Dannon Carb Control Yogurt?15 Mar 2004 23:53 GMT18
DONT!!! ICK!!! I bought the raspberries and cream. It tastes like like
Pepto Bismol. It is chalky in texture, watered down tasting, and is in
everyway like true Pepto Bismol except for a few seeds and the
viscocity.I magine Pepto with some gelatin added to thicken it. I took

What's the most encouraging comment people have given you?15 Mar 2004 22:46 GMT58
Apart from this group, as you've lost weight, has anything been said to you that has been particularly encouraging?
I'd love to hear it... Maybe it was the person who said it, or what they said, etc...
Mine was in January, when I walked into a school meeting and one of the parents ...
