Almond Flour Crepes?15 Mar 2004 02:03 GMT1

1 @ 8 carbs, which took me to 26 for the day.
Would the use of almond flour take these things down to 4 or so each?
Anyone have a recipe?
REC Fauxtato Chips15 Mar 2004 01:42 GMT2

Bananas stored in fridge15 Mar 2004 00:31 GMT7
I just finished a little experiment on storing bananas in the fridge.
We usually buy bananas twice a week.  My better half eats one with

Good news/bad news (kind of)14 Mar 2004 15:49 GMT1
On my last doctor's visit for a physical, I had to do the 'pee in the cup'
thing.  When the doctor came in to talk to me a few minutes later, he said,
"Are you drinking enough water?  You have a lot of ketones in your urine."
I told him that I had been doing Atkins since last ...
