I may not be losing pounds, but my upper body is changing radically. I tried on a blouse I purchased last month that was a tad snug across the chest (motivation, you know) and it fits. So... I measured. Things are shrinking.

I started Atkins two days ago and I am so dizzy, but the good news is I have not had to use Tums for two days. I am not sure how to do it but I am determine and thank you for this group I have found quite a few helpful tips.

For pumpkin and blueberry pies, if I keep the rest of the recipes the same and substitute an alternate sweetener for the sugar, do you think the pies would bake and taste the same as if I had used sugar? What would you recommend would be the best alternate sweetner to use..
