From what I've read on Atkins, MOST breakfast cereals should be avoided. But, there must be some that are low-carb, high fibre and without sugar. Does anyone here know if such a cereal exists? and if so what is it known as?

I was out shopping this morning, and stopped at Rubio's Fish Tacos for lunch. They now have a lettuce wrap low carb sandwich! In all honesty, I didn't check out the contents so don't know how accurate they are in calling it low carb (I haven't begun my regimen just yet

Help! Last month a managed to loose a whopping 8 lbs on the monthly challange board. Then on March first, after smoking for over 20 years I quit, Yipee!. I'm so glad a finally did it, and I plegde to myself that I'll never go back.
