Anyone know of any tonic water that doesn't contain aspartame? I've looked at Schweppes, Asda's own, Morrison's own and Tesco's own but they all contain it. Even Soda Stream syrup stuff contains it.

Hello my hubbie and I are doing the low carb thing but he has high cholesterol to start. We eat mostly turkey and chicken based items with lots of vegetables. I am trying to find something to have for breakfast a few days a week other than eggs. We were having omelets

Recently, I was watching a show on the FoodTV network, 30 Minute Meals (Episode - Bun-less Burgers). The host, Rachael Ray, stated that removing the seeds from tomatoes substantially lowers the carbs. Can anyone verify this?
