no coffee craving09 Mar 2004 16:59 GMT4
I have a long commute, and there's a Starbucks about halfway along that I

though, I switched to decaf.
Today, I didn't stop.  Not only was I not interested in getting coffee today, I

When I feel like having cookies, pies, chocolate, etc., I open a

Smucker's Fake Maple Syrup - Sorbitol OK?09 Mar 2004 11:37 GMT3
The only low-ish carb syrup I could find at my supermarket was
SMucker's, which is sweetened with sorbitol. Is that an acceptable sugar
alcohol for low carbers?
Thanks,
