What's up everyone?  I keep an eye on the board and every now and
again i'll throw out my 2 cents with a post.  I'm a successful
lo-carb'er. dropped 170lbs, and on maintenence now.  Well the gym i

I have been a reasonable size & weight for a while now &  am thinking about
having a mini-tuck to get rid of the last of the stretch-marks and belly flab.

I've ben LC since mid January. I lost 15# within the first week. Thelast 5
weeks, I've lost nothing. I kept my carbs low under 25 the whole time. I
tried upping them, and gained back 3! I gave up anything with sugar alcohols
for 2 weeks to see if that would help. I started walking 2 ...
